Sugar Free Chocolate Cake
These sugar free oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and chocolate cake were specially made for my diabetic mother on her 61st birthday. the cake is Pillsbury Sugar Free Chocolate Cake Mix, and the frosting is Pillsbury Sugar Free Canned Frosting. Although the cake was made from a mix, I did make the cookies from scratch! Using Splenda as a sweetener instead of sugar (no blend or anythng)
